Who are we?
The provider for Heavnland AFH has been a Certified Home-care Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant working full-time for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in the fields of caring for adults, kids, residents with Dementia, Mental Health, and the developmentally disabled. She also has all the required qualifications to provide care for the elderly, children, and developmentally disabled clients. Her partner also has over 25 years of experience working as a nurse (RN, BSN), Nursing Assistance Instructor, and Certified Nursing Assistance.
All caregivers working with the residents in the AFH met the minimum qualifications. All caregivers completed specialty training in accordance with the population served by the AFH.
The AFH will be staffed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week
Most rooms are single bedrooms at the AFH.
We accept private, Medicare, and Medicaid clients.
